In this uncertain time caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, we remain steadfast in our commitment to serve you and help you create informed decisions, all the while doing our part in ensuring our community’s health and safety. To ensure the safety and health of our people, we have implemented flexible work arrangements, social distancing, and more rigorous cleaning procedures. We also have instituted our business continuity plan with strong commitment from our people and our management.

While our new work arrangements have taken effect for our employees according to the enhanced community quarantine guidelines, our dedicated team of analysts are able to provide our customer support as we normally do, however, all extraction activities are halted until further notice to abide by the rules and regulations on enhanced community quarantine. We still continue to accept oil samples for machine diagnostics delivered at our office, however, we cannot guarantee our standard turnaround time due to the limitations in the movement of our personnel. Rest assured, we will deliver your Machine Diagnostics results as soon as possible. Meanwhile, we are still offering trainings and consulting using online platforms.
